hello I'm Joshua rice Army veteran and I started my HVAC career in 2016 after completing a technical training school where I obtained my EPA 608 Universal certification. Since then I've worked for heating and air companies in the Spartanburg Greenville area. I'm currently doing apartment maintenance where my main focus is maintaining the 388 units that we have on the property. My ethos is integrity Do what's right, legally and morally.
