What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer Military/First Responder Discounts on every repair or replacement. These discounts do not apply to service call fees or tune-ups. All of our visits have an evaluation price attached unless it is a free estimate for replacement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come evaluate your home or issue and speak with you about our company and our procedures. We will also speak about our Comfort Alliance Club to protect your home's assets.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of Elevate's employees complete continuous training weekly to keep up with the changes of our fields and to learn how to better serve our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working along the coast of SC, i just left a job at the bmw manufacturing plant and moved to the beach. It was hard to find a good job along the coast but i heard a radio ad one day for a local hvac company hiring. The owner gave me a shot and now 15 years later i have opened and ran my own company here in the upstate. We have grown a lot over the years but i never would be where i am without that faithful jump to leave the manufacturing life, and move on to find something better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients and with residential and some light commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a 2 month project for a client who found black mold in their home. We became really close with the family and their children over this time. One night it was late and they invited the technicians in for dinner that she had prepared. This project took a lot of time and material but the relationship we built with this client was like no other.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for licensing, insurance and bonds. Ensure that the technicians are background checked and drug tested. A major issue around the upstate is non licensed techs that will not stand behind their work. Check a companies warranties and look at google reviews!
