What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates and 10% off for all of our military and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to have a quick introduction and then dispatch one of our highly qualified technicians to the location to meet with the customer and ensure they are getting the right equipment for them. We also incorporate technology. Our customers receive a text message after an appointment has been scheduled. When the technician is dispatched to perform the work the customer receives another text with a picture of the individual who was dispatched along with a short bio. This lets you know who is coming to your house! You can also track their progress so you know how far they are from your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully certified and carry the appropriate licenses. All of our technicians have the appropriate licenses to perform HVAC services and all very experienced.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our team has been doing this work most of their life and even grew up in the business. It will be hard to find an HVAC company more experienced, hard working and customer focused than TemperaturePro Tulsa

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a dual install for a customer. The job went great and both systems were installed well ahead schedule. We also were recently able to help a lady who was pregnant with twins. We sourced equipment and did the install in one day. We were also able to ensure she was comfortable during the install!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

TemperaturePro Tulsa is founded on integrity, we are highly experienced and we appreciate all of our customers. Our goal is to establish life long customer relationships.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should feel comfortable with the company that will be working on their home. At TemperaturePro Tulsa we strive to ensure that each customer is comfortable before, during and after the sell.
