What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- Introduction ( web,phone or in person ) - Record the customer’s information - Discuss and research the customer’s needs and create documentation - ask all the right questions - Create a custom checklist for the customer of scope and cost of project - Offer proactive and reactive support as work progresses - Check in regularly with customer throughout the course of the project

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I currently have 28 years in the HVAC industry. I went to a trade school for heating,ventilation and air conditioning. I have a heating and air conditioning license, I am epa certified and have a ua star completion. I also have a 40 hr osha certificate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ever since I was young I enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together (puzzles, toys, etc) so I naturally gravitated towards becoming certified in a trade as a young adult. As I got older and acquired proper training, I became a master of my craft and it’s a bonus that I love what I do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all types of customers ranging from Fortune 500 in nyc all the way to private residential customers located within the 5 Boroughs and Long Island.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before hiring an hvac contractor, ask them questions to be sure they are the right fit. When meeting with the contractor, follow a check list and ask: - How long has your company been in business? - What experience do you have with this type of project? - Do you have references? - What is the cost of the estimate? - What is the time line for this project?
