Starting out in the construction field lead me to develop a passion for HVAC!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project Upstate Air was involved with was replacing a furnace when the customer had no source of heat. The temperature was below freezing and the customers furnace needed to be replaced ASAP. The materials were gathered the same day and installed the very next day. Upstate Air was so excited to get our customers home restored to a livable temperature! For that we our especially proud!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say if you looking for a HVAC company look for a company with ties to the local community. Look for a company that has a good reputation. And go with your gut! First impressions mean a lot! You can tell a lot about a company during your first interactions with them!

Questions customers might want to consider before talking to a professional about their project are: What satisfaction guarantees does the company offer? Is there a warranty protection on the equipment being installed? And, is there any tax credit for the equipment being installed?
