What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As for my pricing, I determining a price on a walk through with customers listen to their needs and comfort, then i offer my recommendation, it all comes down to the type and brand of system which suits the area best, i always believed in the right way of getting a job done so which i don't cut corners, always i do worked with a customer on pricing like offer discounts and rebates

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer first reaches out, my first step is to set up a walk through at their earliest convenience. From there I verbally give them options. Then I give them a proposal, designed specifically to their home and project. This proposal contains a detail breakdown of everything, from the steps needed for the job, to the cost break down. On the odd chance they have any questions, they could reach me at any time.

I have several certifications within my field, through various entities like FDNY, EPA, Etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to this field through a friend of mine. I started picking up the techniques very quickly and realized I genuinely enjoyed what I was doing. I was actively seeking out opportunities to learn more techniques and all work that was within my field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many customers, But my main concern is to leave that customer with a happy face in a comfortable home / work space and delivered as promised in order to earn that customer business in the future.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a customer reach out to me because I was able to talk to him and meet with him after business hours. He had an emergency and needed a whole new system installed almost immediately. I was able to move things around and take on his job within 2 days. My men and I started just as the sun was rising and we finished well into the night. He was accommodating and appreciated us working the long hours so that he and his family would have comfort within their own home. That job showed me just how hard working my crew is and how skilled they are.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for contractors who are wiling to sit down and explain things to you. Many are quick to through big words out there without explaining things further, which can leave you as the customer very confused.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask a contractor why. Why you need to change something, or fix something, or use a specific brand. Then look at how they respond. The ones who brush it off or give you a quick response, wont be the ones who care enough. Look for the contractors who are willing to sit down and explain everything to you, no matter how long it would take. Those are the ones who care.
