What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is 20-25% lower than competitors, we achieve that through owning a distributor and metal shop and passing the savings on to you! We offer 0% for 3 Year Financing with no extra charge!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We visit the property for free and see whether a repair or replacement is best for the customer. We also provide pricing over the phone and are fully transparent.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our techs are NATE Certified the highest level of technician certification in the Air Conditioning Industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Snow Frosty started in 2009 during the hardest years of the global recession and we set out with one goal! Providing affordable work to people who already had it rough! Our goal worked and until this day we hold that value to heart as we believe in honesty, integrity and affordable work as creating a successful business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with property managements, investors, single home owners, multi-home owners, commercial, etc. We work with anyone who needs help you are treated the same!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a customer who was told she needed to replace her unit to the tune of 10,000 dollars. Sadly, this was a senior citizen on a pension who did not have the funds. She went weeks without Air Conditioning trying to come up with the funds from friends and family. Her daughter finally told her to call us, and she did, it was just a capacitor for $120 that was out. She was in disbelief and could not believe it. Out of gratitude she wrote to the Chamber of Commerce and we were honored with the Five Star Award! This moment showcased to us that we were meeting our mission goal which is to provide honest and affordable work for all people. Because Air Conditioning, is a human right and no one should have to go without one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give is get multiple estimates, ensure that the provider has been in business for a while and make sure all proper permits and pulled and work is inspected.
