What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our written estimates include equipment, labor, electrical connection, crane services (if necessary), permits and inspections.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step in completing your home project is to schedule an estimate. We will send an expert out to your home to assess your current heating/cooling system, make recommendations, and put together a project price. The price of your project will depend on the square footage of the space, the size of equipment you need, and the brand/model of equipment you choose. After an estimate is accepted, we will check on equipment availability and schedule the installation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Tru Air has been in business in Albuquerque for over 5 years. Out team includes office staff, estimators, project managers, and technicians.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The Tru Air team sees an opening in the New Mexico market. We aim to be a home service provider whose first priority is customer service and second priority is the trade industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Tru Air has worked with and for both residential and commercial clients in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas. We install split systems, minisplit (ductless) systems, heat pumps and package units.
