I don't charge any extra fees for credit/debit card payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically it helps me as the pro to know details about your issue, make and model of units, before coming out so I will ask questions about that during the messaging process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified technician with a Universal EPA. Graduated from Apex Technical School in NYC.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

love working with my hands and decided to get certified/licensed in a trade. HVAC&R was fascinating to me, especially the fact that there aren't many women in this field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Since I've been in the business I have worked with all types of customers, most are pleasant and greatful for my expertise.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise to get at least 3 quotes before selecting a pro.
