We usually have a senior technician show up at new customers because new customers usually are not sure what their needs are and usually want a more experienced technician to address their immediate needs.

All our technicians have completed HVAC & Repair schooling and also continue with their education to keep up with the new equipment and diagnostics associated with HVAC Equipment.

Recently completed a (4) system HVAC Changeout at one of long time customers and was really proud of how the technicians professionally completed the job and the attention to detail they projected to both the job as well as the customer to ensure the customer was well informed on every stage of the job and all the customer’s needs were addressed.

Customers should demand they talk with a knowledgeable contractor who has good reviews that can be provided by a third party and are not self generated on their own website.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should always have a knowledgeable technician look at their equipment or project before they have a quote provided to ensure the quote addresses all the details that most technicians know needed to be done to ensure it is done properly and in a way that is maintenance friendly.
