Introduction

Hello! My name is Mike, and I have been a Howell resident for 10 years. I own a small hvac business that serves most areas of NJ. I am known by my customers as honest, reliable, and friendly! I do not advertise much because I believe "word-of-mouth" is the BEST advertisement, and it has worked for me for many years! I take care of my customers and always do my best to go above and beyond. My cell phone is always on, so I am able to be directly contacted by my customers when they really need me. I have been in this field for almost 20 years, and I am extremely knowledgeable. Your recommendation is our goal!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I tell everyone I'm the working man's hvac company. We charge a fair amount for the work we do and have had customers for many, many years because the customer comes before money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I usually come out and inspect the unit or units free of charge. We then find out what issues they have with their current system and will come up with a game plan to get them what they need and want at an affordable and competitive price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
- Master HVAC Contractor license - Plumbing classes at OCVTS completed - Bi-yearly recertification for NJ Master Contractor License - Home Improvement Contractors License

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I graduated plumbing school and began learning the hvac industry because they go hand and hand. I found that I enjoyed hvac more than plumbing because it was more of a challenge.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with literally all types of people! The majority of my customers are regular, everyday people. I do repeat work for several customers who own many properties. Some of my customers are landlords, medical professionals, judges, lawyers, other construction professionals, and many more! I've worked with some famous people as well. I've learned that as long as you do a quality job, are reliable, and charge a fair amount, then you will have a customer for life. Word of mouth is my main source of advertising!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently helped a family with the permit process for building a new home. Then we ran all the ductwork for a 2 zone system, installed both furnaces, coils, and condensers. we sealed every joint to increase air flow and efficiency.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you feel comfortable with the company you are hiring and make sure they are easy to get in touch with. Also the company should care more about the customer than the money. I believe in the old school way of doing business just be honest, fair, and do a good job

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before contacting a professional, I would make sure you are ready to start the project and know a little bit about what you want to achieve.
