What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Very reasonable and fair. I will show you how to receive best pricing and potential discounts. New customers, returning customers and maintenance contracts. Our pricing is solid and will not change after agreed upon.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk on the phone and ask for a personal meeting at their home or business. Agree on a time that fits customer requirements and assess their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Required refrigeration / HVAC specialized school / manufacturers ongoing training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Two of my kids went to HVAC school. Upon completion and during pandemic we decided to open our business

Adding second zone system. Approx 25 man hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Is the owner coming out to asses your requirements? Ask for references of recent similar projects as yours. Ask for a solid written estimate that will not change

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are my goals? Needs and wants? If a repair, make it work efficiently. If it’s rip and replace match a system that fits your home or business needs. Ask about product warranty and service plans available.
