Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are priced competitively. We are a premium service with prices on the higher end of the market.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
A tech will come out and look over your system and give you a detailed report of what will need to be done to get you back up and running.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been through the epa safety certification for handling refrigeration. We also hold our home improvement contractors license and our Master Hvac license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father started an HVAC company when I was 16. I learned from my Dad carrying his tool bag and holding his flashlight. He always taught me respect for our customers and their homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all customers within our service area who are looking for quality work with a premium service provider.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I’m really proud of the job we did for Ron, he had two companies tell him his unit would never run again. After an hour of diagnostics our tech was able to get him back up and running and under one of two year warranties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
In my experience quality is the way to shop for an HVAC company. It’s always more expensive to fix bad work than it is to get it done right the first time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Did I check my furnace emergency switch Did I check my filter Did I check my breaker Is my thermostat set properly
