What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Roland Black Heating & Cooling, our goal is to provide a referral-worthy experience every time we interact with our customers. From the moment you pick up the phone to contact us to the second we pull away from your property, rest assured our team will always make sure your safety and comfort come first.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Prior to joining the team, Jeff served in the military for 14 years completing tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Once returning home, he started his career in the heating and cooling industry as a helper servicing residential clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As Jeff's career developed, he gained more experience on the commercial side of the business as a lead mechanic. Shortly after, Jeff obtained his residential license and opened his own business for 5 years. Since then he’s worked with other heating and cooling companies for 11 years and has been with Roland Black for three years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Say “I do!” to Roland Black Heating & Cooling! Our team recently received a call about recovering an engagement ring that had been dropped down a vent. We immediately went into action and used our duct cleaning camera to locate and recover the engagement ring. We’re glad we got to be a part of this story’s happy ending!

As your local Trane dealer, Roland Black Heating & Cooling is your troubleshooting expert, and is glad to help you. In addition, Trane also provides a network of troubleshooting technicians at Trane Distribution centers across the country which Roland Black Heating & Cooling will utilize to address your concern. Should we encounter a situation that requires additional factory help, we will contact our factory supported Service Manager(s) for assistance.
