What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by listening carefully to their needs and concerns. We then schedule a site visit to assess their HVAC system or the space that needs a new installation or fixing. After evaluating everything, we provide a clear, upfront estimate for the work. Once the customer agrees, we schedule the job at a convenient time and get to work, making sure to keep them informed every step of the way. After the job is completed, we offer follow-up to ensure everything is working properly and that they’re fully satisfied with our service. Our goal is to make the process smooth, easy, and stress-free!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly trained with certifications in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. We’ve completed comprehensive programs that cover everything from system design to troubleshooting. Additionally, we stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technology through ongoing training. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a Licensed Contractor who started working with HVAC 12 years ago with a big company, I started Good Dudes 4 years ago when I noticed a lot of my clients couldn’t afford the high prices of a big company. I’m here to serve my community with fair prices and excellence HVAC work

We’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, businesses, and property managers. Whether it’s upgrading a home’s HVAC system, installing heating and cooling solutions in a new commercial space, or providing maintenance for rental properties, also something as simple as a small fix in a homeowners air conditioner, we tailor our services to meet each customer’s specific needs. We pride ourselves on working closely with every client, big or small, to ensure they get the best comfort and value from their HVAC systems.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we’re particularly proud of was installing a new HVAC system for a family home. The homeowners were experiencing inconsistent temperatures and high energy bills, so we upgraded their system with a more energy-efficient model. The installation took about 7 hours and since then, they’ve noticed improved comfort and lower utility costs. It’s always rewarding to see the difference our work makes in our clients’ lives!
