Very reasonable pricing , hate the way residential companies push new equipment when it isn’t needed.

Getting to know their needs and cater to what the customer wants

5 years on the job training as well as monthly technician training through supply house.

Started working at a mom and pop shop when I was 16

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Multiple companies couldn’t figure out why a rooftop unit kept burning up the motor . Finally figured out it was a variable frequency drive motor that was running on the wrong hz from wrong drive installation causing motor to lock up after a month. Switched drive to different brand running lower hz and fixed the issue .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research and make sure prices are reasonable ( get multiple quotes)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they truly want out of a piece of equipment
