What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a 10% military and first responders discount. Our service call fee is deductible from any work that is performed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We arrive and introduce ourselves ask a few questions about the system, perform a full diagnostic and then discuss all repair options.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an accumulated 6 years of classroom and hands on training, I hold a HVACR unrestricted Maryland state master license. I have many certifications from manufacturers such as Carrier, Lennox and Trane.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to Harford Technical Highschool for construction technologies and was placed in the HVAC class in my freshman year and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Here at Mercury Home Services we have worked with every type of customer. Homeowner, landlord tenant situations, vacant properties, home builders, home remodels etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are certified, have a master license and are insured. Ask about contracts and warranties.
