A brief phone call. Find out what the issues are. Set a time that works for us both.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been in this trade for over 20 plus years. I've worked on a lot of systems over the years. I also have had a lot of training and still attend training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as doing electrical work first. Then got into HVAC service work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and Commercial. Everything from 1.5 ton up to 200 ton. Also Commercial Controls.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Will the person working in my home have the proper license to work in my home? If the company is not sending a journeyman or higher, I wouldn't let them in my home.
