What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are an authorized TRANE & MITSUBISHI dealer, so we can get that equipment for you anytime. However, we can install other things as well. We always consider a clients' unique situation, and with enough information most all jobs can be taken care of under anyone's budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give us a call to see what the exact situation is, sometimes these sites aren't able to give enough details, so a quick text or call is good to clear things up for everyone to make sure we are ready to provide the best service!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All work is rewarding - we love a good challenge. A project can take anywhere from 3 hours to weeks. Renovations are a unique specialty. Ductwork is always manageable, and sometimes not necessary at all with today's popular mini-split systems! Each application has a unique solution. We look forward to solving yours, and if we can't do it, we will help you find the right people that can.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Its great to go by price and name recognition but sometimes these factors aren't going to guarantee satisfaction. When you hire a smaller company you will find a more personal experience with much of the same benefits as a larger company, if not more. We can do service/maintenance contracts, sell the same equipment, and guarantee a top notch installation every time having tried and true experience. We also can take any form of payment and offer financing, and provide the same equipment warranties as any other company.
