What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First off we always pick up our phones no matter what time it is. No redirects and no automated machines. You will speak to a real live technician every time you call us. You then schedule an appointment. Our inspections are free. We then send a technician to your location. Within 30 minutes your system will be fully inspected and diagnosed guaranteed. Our trucks come fully stocked and our technicians are prepared to provide same day service if that is your request. Or you can reschedule for the repair if desired. We provide a very simple and straightforward service in order to make your experience with us as smooth, efficient, and productive as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are licensed having graduated from Peterson School of Technicians with at least 10-20 years of experience in our field of expertise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is a family owned business passed down from generation to generation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have had the pleasure of working with homeowners, property owners, college students, parents, single clients, elderly, rich and poor, veterans, first time home owners, all kinds of people from all walks of life. And we enjoy every experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy doing repairs, installing new systems, working on boilers, furnaces, heat pumps. We enjoy working with gas, oil, propane or electric systems. We have recently constructed an emergency type"Pit Crew" service which specializes in finishing repairs and installations in one day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The professional providing the services should deliver genuine customer service, honesty, and be an expert at what he or she does.
