What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is per job. We offer 5% discounts for senior citizens and active military employees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always come to the home and do a site visit and consultation with the customer to come up with an idea and plan of what you want and what is your budget. Then we send a detailed quote. If you like it we schedule the work and another site visit to finalize the plans.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Master licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Extensive training and years of Schooling in the HVAC trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After High School, went to New England Tech for this trade. Liked working with my hands so this seems to be the best trade for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Worked with young and old customers, from all walks of life. Residential homeowners and business owners and locations as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Love installing Mitsubishi Heat pump DUCTLESS systems. They are the quietest, most efficient systems in the world and they really come out so nice and customers just love them and how they work! Typically these take a day to install if doing 2 indoor units or less.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a company where the person coming to your home is the installer himself. Don’t hire large companies with untrained and unlicensed salesman to sell you a job they have never actually done themselves. You will be misinformed and over charged for there services.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they really want what they are asking for and are willing to pay for the services rendered. It’s not the cheapest jobs to do in the world but we know this and try to charge accordingly. We understand how hard it is to make money and how hard it is to spend it!
