What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer 15% off to our first time customers as a thanks for choosing us. We are very confident that after one experience with AB Heating and Cooling, our customers and us will develop a long relationship for years to come as their HVAC provider. We are always looking to gain a customer for life, and you do that by making them happy and providing the most outstanding customer service and experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As soon as we receive a call for service or maintenance we begin by getting the client into our schedule at a convenient time for us both. From there it’s about getting them exactly what they need whether it’s heating cooling or any type of project they need, and to walk them through the process and educate them on their systems and steps they can take to maintain them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of field experience and got my EPA cert and schooling at Chicago professional center.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

HVAC has been in my family for many years. My grandfather started his own company in Chicago in the 1970s and my father followed by creating his own in the late 90s. My family has been in this skilled trade for over 50 years and we are very grateful for this and show that by our quality work and treating this trade with respect and our customers with integrity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From residential homeowners, to commercial storefronts, to property management companies with 100s of rentals, we have worked with just about all kinds of customers, and many of them have chose us as their go to provider for their HVAC systems!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At AB Heating and Cooling we specialize in Geothermal HVAC equipment. We have completed over 50+ apartment units that use Geothermal systems to heat and cool the space. We enjoyed the challenge of learning something new and to be the few who can specializing in installing and repairing and maintaining these complex units and it is a testament to our quality and skilled technicians.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a provider who is very prompt and caring and who really listens to you and what your goals are and what you are looking to get done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Timing. When are you looking to have this done. If you are ready call today, if you have questions don’t worry you can even find some things out online although consulting a professional is best. 2. Find a reputable company and someone who is prompt and quick is providing you service.
