What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing ourselves, coming over to examine work to be done, give estimate/price that’s better than competitors, completing work to or above satisfactory, and then hopefully continue a good relationship for years to come

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ass. Hvac/Major Appliance Repair/ Plumbing/Electrical/painting/Carpentry etc

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After finishing hvac and major appliance repair schooling’s I landed a job as a Maintenance tech for upscale apartment complexes. That’s where I learned my carpentry..

What types of customers have you worked with?

I only have one type of customer and that’s a Happy one...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently took a landlords property which was in bad shape and he thought it was a lost cause. Plus other contractors gave him high numbers. He went from making 500 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath to a current rent of 750...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To first off be safe and cautious of scammers and bad companies in general. Yet be open to work with people with less credentials or reviews because they tend to be more passionate about getting work done and providing quality so they can compete with the bigger businesses, and also always look for contractors who policies are genuinely customer service first, customer education, and attention to detail.
