What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first discuss the customers inquiry over the phone and set-up an available timeslot that works best for the customer. We then send a technician to the home the home or business to investigate issue or perform maintenance.

Advice I would give to customers is to ask about the contractors guarantees and warranty. If they are not willing to stand by their work and guarantee it, then I would question that contractor.
