What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father started our company providing restaurants refrigeration services. When I really started leading the business I wanted to get into residential services in 2010. I have two daughters and I want them to help keep our family buisness growing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We give senior citizen, military and first responders 5% off all services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you’re not a Brand specific customer be aware that most HVAC companies are. We provide Carrier and Rheem quotes. There is nothing wrong with a 1 stage unit but at least know what SEER ratings are before purchasing a new unit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look up SEER rating so you know which units can help you on tax rebates. All service installers have to guarantee labor for 1 year and most units come with 10 years on parts.
