What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer 15% discounts for Health Professionals, Veterans and Senior Citizens. After the diagnostic of the system, we will quote them and upfront price on what the repair or replacement will cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

On every service call we to a complete diagnostic of the AC systems and offer solutions that fit each customer needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am licensed by the state of Florida to perform any service that is related to HVAC , Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. Also do continuing education from vendors to stay up to date on the newest equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have almost 20 years experience in the industry with Project Execution , Installations , Maintenance in Air Condition Industry. I have very vast experience with Design, Roof Top Package Units, Central Type Air Conditioners, Ducting using Galvanized Steal, Pre-Insulated and Flexible Ducts.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Hotels and Industry customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our Franchisee Aireserv is executing jobs all over USA, Europe and Canada. Aireserv is a family group of Neighborly with over 4000 franchisees all over the world.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for upfront agreements and that the contract is licensed and insured.

Is customer work guaranteed? Do they take the time needed to understand your wants and needs? Do the offer the products and services to fit your need?
