What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers, we require the diagnostic fee to be paid upfront. You can reach us by calling, texting, or scheduling an appointment online. Our office will contact you to gather more information and discuss the best scheduling options. Once the diagnostic fee is received, we will add you to Johnny's schedule. After that, you will receive a text with the date and time of your appointment. Additionally, when Johnny is on his way, someone from the office will provide a 30-45 minute heads-up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Johnny has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has worked with all the major companies in the Tallahassee area. When we decided to start our own business, he took the state test, and we continued to meet the required continuing education and more. Each day brought new challenges, but Johnny met them head-on, demonstrating a rare blend of technical skill and passion that set him apart in the field.

We have also partnered with several local private schools to enhance their air quality measures, enabling them to remain open during the COVID pandemic.
