What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If I have to go to a service call where the system is not working I will charge a flat fee of$55 for the full diagnosis, If the repair gets done with my company the service call fee is waived automatically, estimate for system replacements are always free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For working with new customers, I try to understand very clearly what their needs are and help them the best way possible as my interest is earn their trust and business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken NATE certified classes to stay up to date with technology, I have worked for carrier as a customer assurance representative, and I'm constantly taken classes from my vendors to be more knowledgeable about products come out that can benefit the customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was graduating from High School I wanted to make a living fast, was not to interested in long term college so I picked the HVAC trade to get a fast start and become independent.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Since I started working in the field I have worked with General Contractors for Hotels in South Beach installing pancake air handlers in the ceilings which up in the mid state hardly is seen , coffe shop owner in South Beach off Collins ave, properly investors in that rent homes, clients that live by the beach, apartment complex with over 300 Apts in vero, and the list goes on.

When a customer is looking to hire a trade professional the first thing they need to do is look for reviews on that company and how knowledgeable the technicians are.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

customers need to pay attention to details when getting an explanation to a solution to the task at hand , having over 20 years of experience can easily define a well detailed answer without saying too much, I have been dedicated to the trade since 1998 and is something I enjoy doing, I take pride in everything I do and my work shows the results.
