What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically we have a $18 Service/Consultation charge (waived if service or parts are required). We have the best prices around and Guarantee to BEAT any other price. We offer Veteran and Sr citizen discounts. We will also work with customers who have hardships on a case by case basis. We understand how tough it is raising a Family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set an appointment for the customer ASAP and provide the BEST price possible!! We will make sure to follow up with the new customer and answer any and all questions they may have to ensure they recieved excellent customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are current on all necessary licensing and certifications, all of our installers and service technicians are EPA certified and have up to date background checks. Our All American Cooling family meets once a week to go over all proper procedures to make sure we take the best route possible when serving our customers and all of South Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started in 2005 when I went to school for HVAC and got in with my first company. I did many years of Service and installation as well as ductwork as a subcontractor. I also worked for 5 years as a sales manager for one of the biggest firms in South Florida, After many years of hard work and dedication In 2013 I decided to open my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all different types of customers. All American Cooling works mostly with Residential customers but also services Commercial properties as well. We treat all of our customers the same no matter the Situation. We enjoy being able to turn our customers into customers for life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customers air was not coming on and she was told that the compressor was bad and she needed a new unit, we arrived on site and within 20 mins found a bad compacitor and a burnt wire on the compressor terminal. We replaced the compacitor and the burnt wire, we also added 2 pounds of R.22. We performed an Maintenance on the inside air handler and left the customer even cooler than they were before the machine went out. This customer was ecstatic and left us a 5 star review, we fixed her problem and saved her tons of many because the other company was trying to replace the unit other than repairing it. We gained a customer for life and when they are ready to replace the unit they will call is here at All American Cooling.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always remember to change or clean your filter once a month, avoid small problems from growing into larger problems by calling an Air conditioning repair technician right away when you notice a malfunction with your air conditioner. Call us to have an air conditioner repair technician come to your home to diagnose any air conditioner malfunctions and to perform any necessary air conditioner repairs needed.
