What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Service calls are $65 plus parts if needed. A maintenance check is $55. A maintenance is done on systems that are in running order. I'm a small business and have small business prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'm in the business of keeping customers. I am not into this for the short gain. I am in this for the long haul. The way of keeping customers is being honest, and giving professional service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Post secondary education certificate as well as an A.S Degree in HVAC. I have also factory training from Carrier Corporation. And more importantly have been in the business for 23 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I tried college and was turned off by the student loan. Would have been in debt for years and years. So I decided to try a trade and chose a/c and heat. The hardest trade to learn.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers. Various nationalities, religions, and politics. Customers should be treated equally and will be at Sun City Air.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a change out recently on a system with an air handler that was 30 years old. Those are challenging. The air handler stand was rotten to the core. The before and after was impressive.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have the experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have they been in the field? Who have they worked for in the past and how long?
