What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

our pricing is competitive , we charge a fix price to clean a HVAC unit and a price for deep cleaning (meaning if we clean each duct) we also have a fixed price for Dryer vents cleaning. other projects such as UV light installation and special sanitation level and product are depending on the condition and size of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we like to text or speak to the costumer to better understand their needs , we based on our communication we set a quote and if we see on the location other services that the client might need we are always happy to offer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have been doing Duct cleaning and vents for 8 years, yet we strive to improve our technics, equipments and methods all the time in order to provide the best professional and up to date service that we can.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work with my father who was working as an installer for duct systems until he retired and I continued the family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we have worked with all type of costumers from residential to the most complicated commercial ducts systems.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A new house owner that just bought his house had an old unit that has never been cleaned. prior to the move in of the buyer and his family he had renovation in the house that included demolition , painting and sanding. due to the work in the house the duct system got very dirty and build up has started. when we opened the system we found many evidences of mold. We started with a deep cleaning process that included removing all mold from the HVAC system and around the vents then we opened each and every vent in the 2 story house and cleaned the entire duct tunnels. to prevent mold from returning we installed inside the unit a special UV light as a preventive. the ac was cooling much better consume less power and blow fresh air.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure that the prices that you are getting over the phone include the job that you are intending. many people order a duct cleaning without understanding exactly what they need and choose a technician because of price, although we have the most competitive prices always remember that what you pay is what you get , and we strive to provide best quality for the best price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you feel your air in the house is clean? do you feel that your HVAC system and blower are using more power then they should? When was the last time that your duct system was cleaned?
