Diagnostics is $69 for AC and $59 for Appliances - and comes FREE with repair. All costs are transparent and all work is officially documented at each stage. We do not charge by the hour: you pay only for the end result based on the approved assessment. SENIOR, VETERAN & FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT - $25 off labor

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule up to 4 hours for a visit which includes diagnostics, part delivery from a warehouse and the end repair. Up to 60% of all requests fall under this scenario. The other 40% may take longer due to supplier's terms.

We handle a variety of projects every day, and all of them are important to us. We aim to repair units on the first visit whenever possible. The time required for a repair depends on the issue and parts availability, but on average, it takes from an hour to two days. For new installations, which we also do daily, the process typically takes from 1 to 5 days.
