What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Fully inspect equipment upon arrival, provide a full system diagnostic so customer has an understanding of how the system is functioning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Trade school. Certified EPA 608 type universal.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in construction as a kid with my father. I eventually grew into every field between electrical, plastering, a little plumbing. Hvac became a passion once I went to school for it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mobile homes, private homes, condo, town homes, commercial spaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Complete installation on AC system. Copper lines, electrical wires, duct work, drain system, and AC unit. Project to 3 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Are they experienced well enough in the field? Are they reliable and efficient?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will this project solve my issue? Will the project be efficient to my needs? Will this project provide me with the proper heating and cooling needed for my space?
