With 30+ years of friendship Edgar and Joseph decided to play the game differently, our HVAC-R experiences turned after we become homeowners and understood the importance of family comfort and how the Air Conditioning impact us individually and collectively, after started our careers in A/C from scratch went raised in all the positions HVAC/School, apprentice, Installer Helper, Installer Lead, Ducts installer Lead, Residential Service/maintenance, retail and new construction we perform for the past 6 years an average of 150 installations per year that gave us 900 AC Unit installed and 18.000+ combined hours on the field servicing and installing Split systems, mini split, Gas furnace, package units, ceiling cassette style, heat pump/straight cool, Horizontal/vertical air handlers, After COVID-19, we took the challenge to move in our own and work straight together with home owners. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are competitive and considering the professional level of work and the quality of the materials used, the investment that the client will make when replacing an air conditioning system will always be worth it. We will also be willing to offer discounts and offers to customers, depending on the job and the season in which it is done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a client contacts us, we will ask them for a summary of the service they want, if it is possible to send photos of the units they currently have (outside and inside) close up and with a few feet of distance to see their surroundings, the labels of each unit and If this information is enough, the estimate will be made and if necessary an appointment will be scheduled to know the need that the client wants to satisfy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have done air conditioning school, certified in low voltage, air flow, heat load calculator, EPA certificate and use of R410A refrigerant, in addition to experience and training during years of work in numerous companies such as installers, maintenance service and new construction.
