Introduction

We are attending now from Collier to Port Charlotte Counties. I am in HVAC-R more than 12 years, and I repaired units from 1 ton to Chillers, and never had a complain. I take my time to every job doing it right; our prices are reasonable and give discounts to Seniors 55+ and Veterans. Service call is waived if you hire us for the job. We offer finance for projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are competitive and in the lower side of the market price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduced myself and explain the process of repair and what can be expected, after the consent to walk the property I proceed to troubleshoot the unit, find the problem and inform the client if he needs a part and the price. After his/her approval I proceed to do the repair and after I finish I test the AC unit that is working properly and give the customer my labor warranty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Air conditioning tech and electrician at Ashword College. Chief of AC & Refrigeration at Hyatt hotel chain, Lead Tech at other AC companies, EPA certified, Certified Contractor in Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked as electrician in high rises in Marco Island and commercial businesses, at the same time I studied Air Conditioning that was my passion, and got a great job when I finished my studies.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kind of customers from Naples to Sarasota.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I replaced an air conditioning heater that was burned out. I claimed the warranty to the manufacturer and the client only paid labor. I replaced many units that the price of repair was not worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire licensed certified contractors with EPA technicians.

What exactly is the issue of the air conditioning.
