We require all technicians to be able to diagnose all system issues and provide affordable resolutions for all clients. We provide training to dispatchers so they can understand customer needs and provide pricing. Our most recent completed project was a 7,600 sq ft residential custom home. It consisted of two high efficiency furnace and air conditioners along with all the required duct work. We includes air quality products such as humidifiers and air cleaners to ensure our client has a great experience with there new home. Our rough-in stage took approximately two weeks

There's a lot of advice I could give clients in our area looking to hire a contractor for HVAC services. The top two are definitely, do a bit of homework, and cheaper isn't always better. Do some research, be sure who your hiring is licensed and insured. Ask about warranties. Ask for photos of similar completed projects. Cheaper isn't always best in our experience. There have been countless occasions where we have had to repair or replace recently installed work by other contractors. Ask about the type of equipment being used, the warranties on your equipment, the efficiency rating of the equipment being proposed. There's a lot more that can go into pricing then you may think!
