I have been in the housing industry for 35 + years and have skills in the HVAC, electrical, drywall,lighplumbing and carpentry areas. I hope to bring your projects and your vision for your home to life with you. My rates are ass follows : $ 200.00 for the first two hours and $ 75.00 an hour for additional time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a $ 60 fuel/lead fee and $ 80 an hour with a two hour minimum.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out what they want and come up with a solution that will work for their timeframe and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Homeowner, landlord, HVAC trades for 35+ years. I have done all phases of home repairs. From new construction, remodeling and system upgrades.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad was not very good at repairs and I excelled in wood and metals shop in school. I started doing home repairs in high school

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, I am a connector personality and I usually get along and understand most people and their particular situation. After working in homes for over 25 years as a business owner I enjoy most all of my customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Added a railing and spindles to a stairway and did 3 other tasks in 8 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I prefer to talk to the customer to gain the scope of the job, much easier to understand the outcome THEY want

Timeframe and budget. I can usually help make decisions over the phone to assist with hitting the goals.
