I have a flate rate system I charge by the task not by the hour

Usually the first contact is via email, followed by phone contact or text to set up appointment perform task and get great review

I attend in service trainings when they become available I have been certified in: Rinnia tankless water heater repair/installation Takagi tankless water heater repair/installation Noritz tankless water heater repair/installation Gastight certified, track pipe Wisbro certified York/Coleman furnace service service certified Heat exchanger inspection certified I have taken and passed California contractor trade exam for warm air and air conditioning (c-20) Certified in pipe bursting A.S. degree

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs we work on are water leak repairs either inside or out. The bulk of my work is seasonal during the summer ac work is in high demand during the winter heating service is in high demand. Energy efficient products are always in high demand

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would highly suggest having a question/concerns about the job or project answered prior to the start. This will help ensure your project comes out successfully. I would also get a flat price for your job or a hourly cost/time frame when job is to be completed.
