Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our service call fee is ALWAYS waived with repairs or replacement that we schedule or book the day of our visit. We provide FREE Second Opinions on Repairs and FREE Estimates for system replacements/upgrades. We are a Veteran Owned Company and offer a Military/First Responder/Teacher Discount off of Repairs and Replacements. We also offer a wide range of financing options including 0% APR options!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We gather your information to schedule the right technician for the job. We send you updates when the job is booked, when the technician is on his way, and when the job has been finished. We arrive onsite and diagnose the root cause, we then do a full inspection on the HVAC system. If there is anything that may be a potential failure in the future or cause excessive electric bills, we will go over all of our findings. We get your authorization before work is started. We gather filter sizes, equipment model and serial number and complete our System Report Card checklist to let you know how your unit is doing! Once the repairs are completed, we test run your system before we leave. We collect payment and email you the invoice of work performed. We hope to earn a positive 5 star review from every customer!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All technicians have certifications through the National Comfort Institute for areas such as: Duct System Optimization, System Performing, Combustion Analysis, and Air Balancing. Alex is the current C-20 HVAC license holder for the company. Caleb has a Bachelors Degree in Business & Marketing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
The owners both started off working their way from the bottom up as maintenance technicians, installation technicians, senior technicians, comfort advisors and now business owners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with any type of customer. We focus on helping residential Homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a project where we were making repairs and code corrections to an HVAC system that another company or contractor installed. The system was not installed properly, they didn't bring any items up to current code and safety requirements, they also didn't address the restrictive airflow of the systems ductwork. This caused the customers electric bills to skyrocket and caused their unit to breakdown at year 2! We made the repairs, code corrections and addressed the restrictive ductwork. The customer sent us a thank you card thanking us because their home actually cools properly now and is SAVING them money off their utility bills!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire us! We will do the job right and give you options, not ultimatums or pushy sales tactics. Hire a small business, not a big private equity corporation. Make sure the company has the proper licenses, insurances, and certifications.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think about the company they hire. There is a difference in service between a 5-star company, 4.5 star, 4 star, and 3 star. Remember: You get what you pay for. Just because the price is low, does not mean the quality of work will be good.
