All prices are related to the cost of parts or materials and time of service that a job needs to be done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Scheduling an appointment for 2 hours open time window and contact them 30 minutes before arrival on same day scheduled for service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Associate degree in industrial care, drafting and designing. Environmental Pollution Agency 608 Universal license. Finished educational business and low also HVAC trade and knowledge courses in CSLS. More than 10 years field experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working as an installer, technician, foreman and crew supervisor in S&P and J&A companies from 2013 to 2016, I started working as a subcontractor for Comfort Zone air conditioning, Finally, after taking my board exam of CSLB On November 8, 2018, I became a C20 and EPA 608 Universal certified licensed contractor and start my own small business and named it LS Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last project that I did finished in one day was demolition and existing up flow old furnace with a Goodman highhigh-efficiency variable speed 80% Ultra Lonox gas, electric furnace and after following all codes for proper installation, After installing a Google nest thermostat I programmed and adjusting the furnace fan speed on smart circuitboard controller for communicating and functioning properly with new thermostat.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for manufacture brand, efficiency, level, and length of warranty for compressor and parts, Compare 2 or 3 different companies provided estimate of cost and services before choosing the right and best one who you are going to work with. If you are seeing the manufacturer brand and efficiency level or anything else in this estimates that you have are different after choosing one of them that it fits and works for you, always give a chance to order ( second ) company to provide a new estimate with the same estimate that you already chose and again compare for the pricing and details so, in this way, you are going to be able to find the best contractor .
