Short conversation via phone, text, or email to determine if we're the appropriate choice for their needs. After that we create a customer profile and schedule a visit.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a low voltage technician I saw no path forward so I went to RSI in Phoenix, AZ for a career change.

Every type of customer you can think of. We focus on residential customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be wary of "R-22 is illegal", "It'd be more expensive to fix it, than to just replace it", and "This type of unit is no good". These are lies and scummy sales tactics.
