In general our prices very competitive. And we can bit almost any written estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In order to learn the customer needs and to evaluate what the problem and what is the best solution for it , we need to meet the customers and to be at the property in order to look at the system .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a C 20 license to work with central heating and cooling systems, and I have 10 years of experience in hvac project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My name is Ben Rabina and I’m the owner of air pro heating and cooling I have 10 years of experience in hvac, I started as an apprentice and make my way up into service and sales.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our company’s customers are mainly home owners. We do residential Home projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our recent project was in Van Nuys , a replacement of complete heating and cooling system.(see pictures above on the media section)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice is not to wait with a repair or replacement of the system, it’s not going to repair itself and in the future it will cost more , if you found a licensed contractor that you feel comfortable with and his price is reasonable then hire him.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They need to have some basic info of hvac and ask about the difference in efficiency
