What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fair pricing with results. Won’t charge customer any work done with out previous authorization to prevent hidden cost. Up front pricing. I don’t charge per hour, I’m not cheap I’m not expensive! Fair price for the quality of work I perform. 30 warranty on electrical components, 1yr. Warranty on motors and major repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Have the customer tell me everything they know and don’t known about there Systems

3yr experience In repairs, diagnostics, IAQ .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Apprenticeship program with a reputable HVAC company. Been doing this for 3 years and I provide HVAC service on my own time.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Having to provide informative conversation with customers about different possibilities for comfort needs and Indoor air quality as well!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them every question you have and have them explain to you until you feel comfortable and understand what are your options

What does the customer dislike about current system? and what it it they love about there system? Is indoor air quality important to them?
