We have very competitive prices. We provide a variety of discounts, especial promotions, discounts to our Senior citizen and our Veterans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is to find out what the clients needs are. Once we know the need we then schedule the appropriate technician to visit the client's property. Due to the fact that HVAC has many different services, we follow a strict process to ensure our clients are receiving the proper care and treatment for their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years of experience combined with ongoing training 3-4 times a week for all team members.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to make an impact in people's life. Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the way I can accomplish making an impact on my clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with clients from small repairs to large replacement jobs. For Smart Heating and Air Conditioning no job is too small. We like to build relationship with our clients that lasts a lifetime.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Smart Heating and Air Conditioning loves giving back to the community. We have done jobs with the donation of equipment to help families in need. We will continue to follow this process through the life of the business.
