Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a Comfort Club Membership, which gives members exclusive discounts on repairs, replacements, service calls, and more—plus priority service! We also proudly offer a veteran's discount as a thank-you for their service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, we start with a conversation to understand your HVAC concerns, needs, and budget. From there, we schedule an on-site evaluation to provide honest recommendations. Whether it's maintenance, repairs, or a full system replacement, we walk you through the best options and ensure you're comfortable with the process before moving forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team is extensively trained and certified in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Jordan brings 14 years of industry experience, having worked as a technician, installer, sales tech, comfort advisor, and corporate trainer before stepping into ownership. Brittney grew up around the HVAC industry and has nearly a decade of hands-on experience, now serving as the Administrative Ops Manager. Our business is also veteran owned, led by Owner Will, a U.S. Army veteran. We are committed to ongoing training to stay ahead of industry advancements and provide the best solutions for our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Jordan has worked in HVAC for years and has held nearly every role in the industry. His father, Will, also has a background in mechanics and the military, which helped shape his expertise. Brittney grew up in the HVAC industry but never expected to own a business—until now! Together, we launched One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of West Valley to provide top-notch service to our community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with homeowners who need reliable heating and cooling solutions. Whether it’s a family needing a new AC before summer or a veteran wanting a more energy-efficient home, we’re here to help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our favorite projects was helping a family with an outdated, inefficient AC unit right before a heatwave. They were struggling with high energy bills and uneven cooling. We replaced their unit with a high-efficiency system, and they immediately noticed the difference. The entire project took about a day; we and the customers were thrilled with the results!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a company that is licensed, insured, and experienced. Ask about warranties, financing options, and maintenance plans. And most importantly, choose a team that values honesty and customer service—your HVAC system is a big investment, and you deserve to work with professionals who put your comfort first.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What problems have I been experiencing? (e.g., high energy bills, uneven temperatures, strange noises) How old is my system? (Older units may be better replaced than repaired.) Am I looking for a quick fix, long-term efficiency, or both? What’s my budget? (We offer financing options and membership discounts to help.) Do I want a maintenance plan to prevent future issues? (Our Comfort Club is a great option!)
