911 Air Repair is a licensed, bonded and insured HVAC contractor. We specialize in maintenance, repairs and installations of new equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We waive our diagnostics fee with any approved repairs and we offer discounts to all First Responders, Teachers, Veterans, Active Duty and Seniors!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to make sure we treat all customers as best we can. We get the customer's contact info and work with their schedule to get a technician on over.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On top of graduating from The Refrigeration School, we are always engaging in furthering our education and training we can get from all of our suppliers and manufacturers attending new trainings monthly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got involved in the HVAC industry right out of high school. Once I learned that this was going to be my career path, I went to RSI. After working for my employer for 10 years, I decided to start my own business and 911 Air Repair was born in 2017.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential and commercial clients. Homeowners, land lords, property managers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take pride in all of our projects and aim to provide 5 star service. We have over 1000 reviews on Google for that reason and always want to keep that service up.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We always recommend checking reviews, asking for photos of previous projects and ensuring that you are comparing apples to apples. True professionals will love to show their work and explain why we are the best choice for the client.

Ensuring companies are licensed, bonded and insured. Any questions that are on your mind are always best to be asked before any project starts to make sure everyone is on the same page before moving forward or before it's too late to make any changes.
