What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our repair and replacement pricing is pre-printed on our Pricing Guides. Unlike some other companies, we don't makeup pricing depending on how much we think we can charge. We offer a discount on repairs for those customers who are members of our maintenance plan. On occasion, depending on the difficulty of install, schedule availability and other factors there can be discounts given for replacements. The bottom line is you will know in advance how much something is going to cost prior to any work being performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we believe in taking the time to fully understand the customer’s current system, any problems or issues, as well as walking the customer through our recommendations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always consider the history of the contractor. If something breaks will they be available to answer your call and respond to you in a timely manner? Are they big enough to get to you right away or is their size going to limit how long it may take to get someone out?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
3 questions I would want to be answered prior to choosing a contractor:
1. ASK ABOUT THE BUSINESS. Are they licensed with the ROC? How long have they been around? Do they drug test and background check their employees? What about their BBB Rating and Google Reviews?
2. ASK ABOUT GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES: Warranties are what is offered by the manufacturer of the equipment and/or can be purchased from a third party. Typically, warranties cover such items as parts and sometimes labor. Guarantees, on the other hand are offered by the installing company and are promises made above and in addition to manufacturers warranties .

Do they have true 24 hr. service? Is their staff large enough to provide emergency service when the temperatures are very hot or very cold? What is the average wait time for a service call when at the peak? Are you given a written guarantee of priority service after purchasing a new system?
