What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We started with a quick phone call with one of our customers service representatives to gather information about service location and desired services and then a service technician or comfort adviser will be scheduled for an on-site visit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians are trained and certified to work with all types of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. All Technician hold EPA Certifications and attend ongoing training on are regulator bases.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Seaton Heat N' Air was started by Chris Seaton, a Navy Veteran, after learning the trade during his time in the service. Chris Seaton worked for a couple local heating and cooling companies before opening his own business in June of 2005.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of homeowners and property owners. If you own or manage a property with a central or ductless HVAC system, you are an ideal client for us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are repairing and updating heating and cooling system in our customers' homes daily. A typical repair can be performed and completed the same day. Repair jobs occasionally take longer if specialty parts are needed or if the scope of work exceeds that or a typical repair. A system replacement can usually be completed in a single day. Scheduling times vary from next day to next week depending on that time or year and demand.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

- Only hire fully licensed, boned, and insured contractors - Check Google review and work only with the highest rated companies. - Working with a company that has been in business for at least 10 years helps ensure that the company will be around to service the unit thoroughly its warranty period.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- What issues are you having with your HVAC system? - How long have you been experiencing these issues? - Are you hoping to repair the system are looking for a replacement option? - Is your system a natural gas, propane, heat pump, or straight electric system. If you are us sure that's okay. We can help.
