unfold fold
Our standard diagnostic/trip charge is $89.00. We offer first responders, teacher, and senior citizen discounts of 10%. Estimates are free!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process for working with new customers is to establish a relationship with our customers, evaluate each customers unique needs, and always offer clear explanation of services needed/to be performed. We want every customer to make informed discissions for their family.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team comes with over 50+ years of experience in the HVAC field! We work with each team member on their individual levels to advance their career. We reinvest into our team either with in house training or training programs set up by manufacturers offering specialized courses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We all come from different backgrounds and areas of work. Ultimately, we started this company to be the change we wanted to see in the service industry. Our motto among the team is to carry you the extra mile and then some!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with a large variety of customers from commercial clients to residential homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we were able to help a family get into a home donated by a non-profit organization. We completely installed all of the ductwork along with HVAC system for the family. This family all their life had not had central air conditioning. Being able to be the difference for this family was an experience our team will never forget. In total this was about a week project but worth so much more than money could offer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
In this industry you will find so many choices when it comes to choosing an HVAC company. My advice would be to listen to the contractors because they should be able to solve your problems and offer the expert level of service your situation needs. I would not always choose the cheapest contractor and always look at reviews of the company. The company should be driven individually and internally by offering true service and always standing on their word. If you are in the market for a new air conditioner/heater the contractor should be able to perform load calculations on your home to ensure the correct sized HVAC system is being installed. Don't fall for rule of thumb techniques that end up costing you your hard-earned money with you power bill.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I always recommend customers discuss how long will you be living in the home, what are your plans for the future, and what is most important to you in means of levels of cost savings and comfort. If you have plans for additions being made to the house or replacing your homes HVAC system, when would you like these things to take place? Trying to start the construction of a plan is always the best route.
