The typical process is I reach out to the customer and attempt to set a schedule, then we proceed to go to their home and diagnose whatever issue they may have.

Im a second generation door guy, my uncle taught me the ropes and I loved it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent favorite job was in North Ogden, we installed a couple of beautiful doors on a hill side. We had the job completed in a day. It took a couple weeks to get the doors though, seems to be more common these days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To make sure you get what you want, especially when buying a door. A door purchase is an investment so it should be a door that you really want.

I think the customer should think about what they really want, as I said it is an investment. So if they know what they want, we can provide more prompt services.
